• उत्तर-पश्चिम रेलवे जोन से कर्मचारियों का ब्योरा मांगा गया

जोधपुर (प्रवीण धींगरा). लालू प्रसाद यादव के 2004 से 2009 के बीच रेल मंत्री रहने के दौरान राजस्थान में 276 लोग बिना परीक्षा और इंटरव्यू के रेलवे में भर्ती हुए थे। इनमें से 111 लोग बिहार के थे। अब सीबीआई इन भर्तियों की जांच कर रही है। उत्तर-पश्चिम रेलवे जोन से कर्मचारियों का ब्योरा मांगा गया है। कर्मचारियों की फाइलें खंगालने और पूछताछ के बाद लालू की भूमिका भी जांची जा सकती है। 

दरअसल, रेलवे महाप्रबंधक व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए जरूरत के अनुसार सब्सटिट्यूट के तौर पर नियुक्तियां कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए उम्मीदवार का लिखित आवेदन, फोटो और दसवीं की मार्कशीट ही मांगी जाती है। 120 दिन नियमित काम करने के बाद इन्हें अस्थायी कर्मचारी का दर्जा मिल जाता है। फिर स्क्रीनिंग के बाद बिना परीक्षा या इंटरव्यू के स्थायी कर्मचारी बना दिया जाता है।

लालू के कार्यकाल में हुई ऐसी 276 भर्तियों के खिलाफ एक शिकायत के बाद सीबीआई ने जांच शुरू की थी। इन्हें जोधपुर, जयपुर, बीकानेर और अजमेर मंडल में नियुक्ति दी गई थी। उत्तर-पश्चिम रेलवे जोन की कार्मिक अधिकारी डॉ. हिना अरोड़ा ने चारों मंडल रेल प्रबंधक से सीबीआई की जांच के संदर्भ में कर्मचारियों के मौजूदा पोस्टिंग की सूची मांगी है। 

सीबीआई ने एक शिकायत के आधार पर लालू के दौर में दी गई इन नियुक्तियों से जुड़ी जानकारी जुटानी शुरू कर दी है। भास्कर ने इन नियुक्तियों में शामिल लोगों के घर के पते जुटाए तो पता चला कि 111 लोग तो बिहार से लाकर राजस्थान में नियुक्त किए गए थे। उत्तरप्रदेश के 16, दिल्ली के 11, हरियाणा के नौ और अन्य राज्यों के thirteen लोगों को इस कोटे से नौकरी मिली। इनके अलावा 116 लोग राजस्थान के थे। 2007 और 2008 में कुल 130 लोगों की नियुक्ति हुई थी, इनमें से अकेले 95 लोग बिहार के थे।
