At the asking of Mr. ANS Nadkarni, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondent-Union of India, nosotros farther straight that the sum i.e. Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees 10 lakh only) earlier directed to survive deposited inward a detail account, shall survive deposited alongside the Registry of this Court together with the Chairman of the Court appointed Committee may take away the said sum equally together with when necessary.
