खराब हालत से गुज़र रहे बैंक नहीं करेंगे 2018 में भर्तियां

न्यू इंडियन एक्सप्रेस की खबर के मुताबिक फाइनेंस मिनिस्ट्री के एक सूत्र ने बताया है कि सरकार ने बैंकों से अपनी ओवरसीज़ शाखाओं को बंद करने के लिए कहा है. हालांकि इसे आदेश की तरह जारी नहीं किया गया है.

एक्सप्रेस के मुताबिक स्टेट बैंक से जुड़े एक बड़े अधिकारी का कहना है कि ओवरसीज़ शाखाओं का रणनीतिक महत्व होता है मगर इस समय बैंक अपने खर्च कम कर रहे हैं. इस पूरी कवायद का असर आने वाले सालों में नौकरियों पर भी पड़ेगा.

पंजाब नेशनल बैंक जहां एक साल में 300 शाखाएं बंद कर देगा. वहीं बैंक ऑफ इंडिया 700 एटीएम खत्म करेगा. आईबीपीएस के नोटिफिकेशन के मुताबिक 2018 में पीओ की सिर्फ 3562 वैकेंसी हीं होंगी.

2014 में आईबीपीएस की 21,680 वैकेंसी थीं. 2015 में ये आंकड़ा 16721 हुआ. 2017 में ये गिनती घटते-घटते 8822 पर पहुंच गया. आने वाले समय में बैंको में नौकरियों की संभावना 10-15 प्रतिशत ही रह गई है.

2018 में भी बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा, आईडीबीआई बैंक, ओरिएंटल बैंक ऑफ कॉमर्स और पंजाब नेशनल बैंक जैसे कई बड़े संस्थान एक भी भर्ती नहीं करेंगे.

इन सब के बीच पहले ही सरकार के द्वारा बैंकों के लिए लाए जा रहे एफआरडीआई बिल पर काफी विवाद हो चुका है. इस बिल में दिए गए बेल इन के प्रावधान को लेकर कई जगह आपत्ति हुई थी. जिसके बाद वित्तमंत्रालय ने सफाई भी जारी की थी.
